My Mission

As a realtor, one of my goals is to help my buyers find their dream home - a place where they can create lasting memories and raise a family. I understand the importance of finding the perfect home, as I have many fond memories of growing up in the house that my dad built from scratch. While I couldn't personally sell the home I grew up in, I am dedicated to helping my buyers find their own special place.

I love meeting new people at open houses and hearing about their plans for the future. Even if you are just starting out on the journey to homeownership, I am here to help. I recently helped a friend search for the perfect home, and it took us over a year to find it. Their criteria changed multiple times, but we finally found the perfect fit. If you are curious about what you are looking for in a home, but are still a few years away from buying, please don't hesitate to reach out. I am happy to help you on your journey to finding the perfect home.

If you're considering buying a home but don't know where to start, you're not alone! It can be overwhelming to think about all the questions you need to ask, such as:

  • Why buy when you can rent?

  • Can I afford to buy in this market?

  • How much money do I need for a down payment?

  • What are my mortgage options?

  • When is the best time to buy a home?

Don't worry, I'm here to help! As a first-time homebuyer, it's important to go into the process with as much information as possible. Buying a home is usually the biggest purchase most people will make, so it's important to be prepared.

For example, when you're buying a $500,000 home, it's important to remember that you'll have additional costs such as home insurance, lender fees, and title fees. It's better to go into the process with a plan and know the true cost of the home before making such a significant decision

I'll be diving into each of these topics to help in any way I can. If there are any topics that you have questions about, reach out and I would gladly help answer them.
